A bold step during the times. A start of what brought about the Wrath of the conservatives against the Clinton\'s that endures to this day. I know,I as a Gay man who lived through those days. I thank President Bill Clinton and Hillary for the work and vision.The first administration to bring these issues of discrimination to the fore front.Now we have a new leader and new times. Its time to overturn even this type of discrimination as promised and also pass the Matthew Shepard Act as promised. To be equal in every way.
